Clients reviews about Borderline Roofing & Building

Had a glass pane slide out of the slate roof, was quoted thousands of pounds by other local companies for a full roof repair but when I phoned Borderline Building and Roofing Davey answered the phone and said that they were in the town today and would come out and have a look at it. Davey and his team managed to put a temporary fix in to stop water coming in the house all for a fraction of the cost of the full repair. The team came out the same day and got the job finished, all done in the space of a couple hours. Cannot recommend Borderline Building and Roofing enough, fantastic customer service, quick responses and clear expectations of the job. Thanks again for all your assistance Davey and the team at Borderline Building and Roofing. ~ Lewis D

I had major issues on my roof, gables and made even worse by crumbling chimneys. David and his team worked quickly and tirelessly to repair them and make them water tight . They even came out on a Saturday to get the job underway. The speed of their response was outstanding and reassuring given the potential hassle and expense of water damage inside my home. There is a guarantee on the work which was reassuring as it was a big job. The team also cleared up after they finished. David explained what was needed and certainly delivered it. I recommend him and his team if you have roof problems. ~ Harold B

Thanks to Storm Amy, the zinc flashing on my roof ridge was badly damaged and in need of emergency repair to prevent further damage and possible injury. Borderline did an excellent job of curing a leaking roof that we have had problems with for over 19 years. After having several quick fix cowboys carry out unsuccessful repairs we are delighted with the results. No problems during storm Cairan and numerous other downpours since the repair. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Very professional and polite, and cleaned up to a decent standard. ~ David D
